CSX-01.024 Ultra Fine Putty


Special fine finishing body filler. Easy to work in light coats and sand with a coarse sanding paper (P220 - P320) what provide the highest quality of putty surface and repaired area. Possibility of direct applications on coarse sanded (P40- P120) surface, good filling properties together with no predisposition to arise a pores in body filler short a repair process, reduce a material consumption and have an influence on final paintwork.Suitable to finish pre-sanded with P40 - P120 surfaces and to repair small paintwork damages. Intendet to manual / mechanical dry sanding. Depending on repair technology apply in very light coats filling scratches after coarse sanding or in paintwork only. Obtained surface is smooth and it doesn’t require modeling during sanding.Applying of thicker coats is possible but the contact coat must be applied carefully what provides good adhesion and filling pores in the repaired surface. On properly finished surface of Ultra Fine Putty “wet on wet” filler and base coatcan be applied. This type of repair is recommended only for commercial vehicles or low-cost repairs. It is not recommended to use Ultra Fine Putty technology with “wet on wet” filler to repair horizontal panels.


The surface must be cleaned, dry, degreased and matted. Thoroughly mix putty and 2-4 % of hardener BPO by weight.Apply within 5-7 minutes at 20°C. Higher temperature can reduce the pot life and accelerates the drying time.


Using too much hardener can lead to topcoat discoloration. It is not recommended to use putty below 15°C.
